COVID-19 Precautions in place:

There is a gap between all patients to allow sterilisation of all equipment between all patients.

The therapist wears a mask, apron and gloves for the session.
Patients do not have to wear PPE but it can be provided for them if they wish.

Patients should try to attend on time to reduce the likelihood of crossover with other patients and to allow time for cleaning between sessions.

All patients must sign a COVID-19 consent form on their initial session to state that they are willing/happy to receive physiotherapy treatment.



We are a practice dedicated to evidence based practice for all forms of muscle and joint pain with physiotherapy.


Our physiotherapy clinics works closely with local GPs as well as highly skilled fitness instructors based at the helping to improve the health of the community.


Our Physiotherapist, Paul Cremin, has over 20 years practice experience, having worked in many large NHS hospitals as well as several private clinics and hospitals throughout the south of England. He has also worked as a clinical specialist for two london Primary Care Trusts.

 

He graduated in Physiotherapy at The University of East London in 1999 and completed a Masters degree in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2006. He has been a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and in 2006, Paul was awarded membership into the Manipulative Association of Chartered Physiotherapy, an organisation dedicated to the highest standards of practice.

 

He is fully qualified to practice acupuncture and has been a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists since 2005 and he is a member of ACPOHE (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics).

 

Paul also has a university degree in Sports Science and has been involved in research projects with the National Sports Medicine Institute and The Physiological Society .
